This project allow every student to create their own heroes which will help to improve our world, and spreading the message of peace and love to everyone. Artist Ben takes on the persona of a game master in this exhibition, initiating a concept from an outline of a human-like figure. On each canvas, students were to re-invent the outline, thus, creating their own interpretations. To Ben, this is the beginning of finding, as well as intersecting an ideal humanity in view of our existence in this world…and perhaps with the help from the heroes as create by the students. what would it look like and how can heroes contribute to our society?
Singapore President S.R Nathan and Mrs Nathan were the guest of honour for the opening ceremony of this community based art exhibition.
