General Information
All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
There is no miminium purchase amount.
We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST).
No further discount will be given.

1. Does the price include postage and delivery?
Yes. Postage, delivery and handling charges are included.

2. How long is the delivery process? When can I expect to receive the products I ordered?
We will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. We assure you of the prompt execution of all orders. Do please allow us up to five weeks for the confirmation of your order and delivery.

3. What forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept payment via Debit, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and American Express for virtual transactions.

4. Do you entertain a product return policy?
We go by strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition. We regret that we will not send any refunds.
